It's odd because you have probably never heard of this as a form of making money. I hadn't either before I was introduced to it. We make them more money, this is what most managers are really bad at. You need to learn how to promote, manage, and grow. It's fairly simple but most managers don't ever do any research. Even you taking the basic course, you will understand more than 90% of your competition (not that there's much).
